ARTIST PROFILE I have a Masters Degree in Illustration from Syracuse University. I began illustrating children's books in 2005, and currently have seven, published picture books, representing a variety of authors and topics. Released in Dec. 2011, some of my newest illustrations were focused on nature for the wonderful book,"I'm Not Afraid of That!" written by Trine Grillo. And,to be released in Jan. 2012, I'm very excited about my first folktale,"The Four Friends", written by Renee LeVerrier. I enjoyed illustrating the nonfiction text for "I'm Nocturnal, How About You?", written by Jennifer Sy Heger. Yet, sheer fun is my description for the food monsters that I illustrated for the fictional and imaginative text in "Emma and the Mashed Potato Monster", written by Sarah Armenteros. Released in March 2010,"I Love You with My Heart" written by Donna Giffune is a picture book that celebrates the love a child brings to every family and all generations. And last but not least, the first books that I illustrated, still selling well, are: "When I Met You; A Story of Russian Adoption",written by Adrienne Ehlert Bashista, and "When Flamingos Fly", written by Maureen Piano. Teachers find this picture book, about a traveling flock of flamingos, a great resource for teaching the Wonders of the World, both natural and man-made. CLIENT LIST |
